That ticking clock often sparks ideas I might not find otherwise. But too much pressure? Thatโs when creativity suffers. Thereโs no room to test or refine, and the process feels rushed.
On the flip side, having too much time โณ โฐ isnโt always better. About half the time, clients are incredibly generous with schedules. When that happens, I let the project simmer in my subconscious. As I go about my day, fragments of inspiration start to surfaceโimages, phrases, or feelings ๐จ sometimes i write those little mindflutters down. sometimes i don't, ๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ I can't claim is my own, ideas just float by and i need to catch them and use them to create something good for the client. I rarely question this proces.
๐ช ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ โ enough pressure to push ideas forward and enough time to explore and refine them. For me, it means knowing when to sprint and when to let thoughts simmer, allowing both urgency and depth to shape the final result. ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ, while time lets ideas deepen. Both have their place in the creative process.
